I got my estimate within 24 hours ($150 which I think is very fair), paid for them to order the replacement part and waited on the call that the part arrived. Once the part arrived my laptop was fixed within hours (I was expecting at least a week turn around time). My laptop now opens and shuts with no issues and I am very pleased with the work done & customer service I received. Turn around time from estimate to pick up was a week.
