Wonderful hot yoga studio!! Just finished Yin Yoga with Sonya, so relaxing and my body is truly stretched out. The variety of classes provides a class for everyone, no matter age or skill level. I cannot recommend Fierce Hot Yoga enough, it is just fantastic!!
Love this hot yoga studio! Sonya’s Hot Strength + Deep Stretch is a must every Tuesday & Friday morning! Lots of other amazing classes throughout the week too! Great instructors, great owner & great community!
Fierce Wellness is amazing! The classes are designed for all fitness levels. Sonya's bootcamp classes are fun and a great workout. She always offers a modification for each exercise. The staff and other students are very welcoming!
