Kon was such a professional. Prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even came before his day was supposed to start to help get our air going in this extreme heat. My mother lives with us and has end stage COPD and wouldn’t have done well without their help. People taking the phone calls were so friendly as well. We have had issue after issue in our commercial building for a couple years. Multiple vendors, multiple techs, and no one could ever come up with solutions. We are so thankful to Josh Reed and his staff for everything they have done since making the switch. Just yesterday we had Ron Munoz out because one of our brand new units wouldn't cool off 8 offices. The unit was only a year old and the previous vendor blamed out windows. Ron came in and checkout the system, fixed the unit, and now we feel like turning back on the heat cause its so cool. We can thank you guys enough.
