We have used Continental Carpet Cleaning a couple of times. Tim is extremely nice, professional and very knowledgeable. He recently cleaned our basement and stairs. It’s an older Berber carpet with stains from kids and pets. Our carpet looks and smells amazing! I highly recommend.Service: General carpet cleaning

Tim did such an amazing job. He was always easy to reach and very thorough. Got rid of the skunk smell in our apartment and even came back to hit a spot that we still smelled it for no additional charge. I highly recommend Continental Carpet and Upholstery/ Ex-Stinked Odor Eliminator ☺️???

He did an amazing job. I bought a home which the realtor treated with an ozone treatment to remove the bad cat urine stench and that treatment did not work. Tim Newell came in and treated my home and made my home bearable to reside in. He did a chlorine dioxide treatment which knocked down the scent in the basement to the point that you can no longer smell it in the upper living area. Mr. Newell was very professional and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate the effort and time he placed into completing my task.
