The staff at the Ridge Rd store in Parma is fantastic. I bought prescription sunglasses there after going to Strongsville for regular glasses. Night an day, nobody wants to work at the Strongsville store...that store is horrible no customer service what so ever. Bravo Parma keep up the excellent service plus they are so knowledgeable.

Both team members who helped were friendly and professional. I found some Ray-Ban frames I liked that fit me well. The Nikon lenses with anti reflective coating are fantastic. Plus, I’ve never gotten glasses so quickly, a week earlier than estimated. Excellent value. Also, all the fashion ambience you’d expect of Parma Walmart. The funny part to me, that’s probably frustrating to the opticians, are the WalMart patrons who feel entitled to absolutely immediate service at a popular optical dispensary.
