Alex was so helpful and kind despite the chaos and busyness of the day before taxes is due, he called me back and took my info down just to email some paperwork over to me and he went ahead and created a portal account so I can access all my documents. Was generous and I appreciated it because prior to talking to him two women employees had dismissed me and hung up on me so he was kind to help me out urgently. Great guy and a good asset to the company!
