Our two installers, Gary and Ralph were highly skilled in all phases of the job. It was an all around pleasant experience.
We will get another room done by Permanent next season as we were very pleased.

In the last 20 years they have done all the floors in our house. We have talked with other companies but none of them compare to Permanent Floors Carpet One. From vinyl tile to carpet they have been the best, in service, pricing, follow up and repair.

November 2023 - Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy.
