We were at my mom's home on December 2nd in the Parma area and realized that the thermostat was not working. We really needed it repaired the same day. Called Jose and received an immediate answer and an appointment within 20 minutes of the conversation. Jose did not disappoint! Arrived on time, very reasonable price for replacing the thermostat. I had a great experience with Jose Heating & Cooling. Jose is very responsive, hard working, professional, and very reasonable. He was very easy to work with, starting with the quote, to scheduling of my furnace and AC install, to completing the job to my satisfaction. He is very thorough, installs to perfection as if this was for his own house, tests to make sure all is working, and cleans up before leaving. He helped answer all my questions and accommodated any requests I had throughout the install. It was also great getting to know Jose and Noah during the 2 day install.
