Paul is fantastic and has performed five separate home inspections for us, and he's very thorough! As a home buyer, Paul educates you as you go through the inspection with him, pointing out all the issues as he finds them and explains why it's an issue. His report has photos for every section of the home he inspects. From his inspections, Paul has saved us three times from buying a house that easily had $50k or more of repairs needed. He's honest and loves his profession and has been doing inspections for so many years, he's seen it all. I can't speak highly enough of Paul and his inspections.
Inspections Unlimited is definitely the way to go for your home inspection. Paul and Chet were very thorough and extremely personable. They walked me through everything in great detail during the inspection and encouraged questions which I really appreciated because I always have millions. The report was in my email about an hour after they left the property. Awesome team. Paul stays up to date by attending inspector events so he's not riding on old knowledge. I'll be passing Paul's info on to anyone and everyone for inspections!
