Austin was on-time / early, he stayed until the buyer and I (Realtor) arrived, explained the major areas of concern, showed photos, and pointed out visible items of note. We had the report the same day. The report was clear with relevant photos and Austin made it clear he was available for any needed follow-up questions. Basically, everything we hope for in an inspector. His demeanor was frank but not gloomy. His confidence translated to the buyer and me.

Austin did an EXCELLENT job. He showed up on time, was very professional, stayed focused and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time with the final report back same day.
