I recently hired D3 Services for a bathroom renovation in my 1924 home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. David and his brother Jacob were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I found them through a recommendation, and they absolutely lived up to it. They showed up on time every single day, were extremely responsive to any messages, and kept me updated on every detail and challenge throughout the project. Their communication and professionalism were top-notch. The tile work they did is absolutely incredible—meticulous, flawless, and exactly what we were hoping for. Every detail is perfect, and it’s clear they take immense pride in their craft. They also handled the waterproofing, floor support repairs, and built a new wall in the bathroom. I handled the demolition and drywall, but they took care of all the heavy lifting with expertise and care. Even after the project was completed, they generously came back to switch out a fixture that was my mistake—not theirs. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Working with them was a very, very positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% use D3 Services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented contractors.

I hired D3 Services to paint my 2-story great room & fireplace, replace the fireplace surround tile with marble and install floor tile and paint the guest room vanity. We feel very fortunate to have found the D3 Services team! Dawid, PJ and the entire team were exactly the type of contractor we all hope for as homeowners. From start to finish on a complicated exterior paint job for our entire century-old home in Cleveland Heights, the team was the model of professionalism. The communication online and offline was excellent, and work started and finished exactly as scheduled. However, it was the meticulous attention to detail and skill mastery that really sets this team apart. The prep work, hand-finishing inside and out, and counsel on the painting process was exemplary; while additional carpentry work and window repair was remarkable and truly transformed the project. We are beyond happy with the finished result, and we have had countless compliments from neighbors – even other contractors! – on the quality of the work. We absolutely recommend DS3, and were so impressed with this work, that we’ll be turning to them for additional contracting work.
