Cleveland Cremation made everything so easy when my mother passed away. Signing paperwork online was super convenient and their communication and compassion was wonderful. When a loved one passes away, you don’t even know where to start and it can be overwhelming. They really eased a burden for me at a really difficult time. I am so grateful and highly recommend them.
The staff with Cleveland Cremation we're extremely well trained professionals in the business of supporting grieving families during the most difficult times we experience in this life when we lose a loved one. What a comfort to have so much burden removed during times like this with people you can depend on to help you through arrangements and offering help during the grieving process. Especially would like to thank April and Darrin for for their dedication, support, and professionalism.
We had a wonderful experience with Cleveland Creation. They assisted us we were confused with all the paperwork and they were so patient with us and they stayed on the phone the whole time with us until we finished everything.
