Dave and Josh at Moss Home Inspection are the guys to call if you need courteous, professional contractors that are masters at their craft. My porch was on the verge of falling down even after being repaired 4 times in the last 6 years. Once Moss began removing materials they were able to identify many issues with the structure and then repaired them all with no issues. We are now able to enjoy our porch with no saftey issues because they went over and beyond to make sure the structure is now safer and buit the way it should have been built the very first time. w We are very appreciative and beyond satisfied clients. Dave and his team (Josh) were awesome! We hired them to salvage & side a very old and decrepit block detached garage. When I called Dave, I went into it with 2 options 1) tear down & rebuild or 2) salvage & side. Dave was upfront all the way through and with his inspection knowledge told me it was salvageable. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. Dave’s integrity and honesty speak volumes. The end result was exactly what we had hoped for and even a little less $$ than estimated. Thank you Dave & Josh! We will be in touch for future projects.
