Coming from a dentist where I never knew what the cost would be until I went up to the desk and got sticker shock and the lab work was sub par, Dr. Boyko and his staff are a breath of fresh air. He does great work, he's very friendly and a top notch professional. I have been very pleased not only with him and the staff but with the lab he uses for bridges and crowns. Also, I knew up front what my cost would be outside of insurance and I got no surprises when I went to pay the bill. Very happy I came here!

So happy I was recommended Dr. Boyko. He’s so friendly, compassionate and kind during your visit. The staff is phenomenal. They all treat you like family. I had a cracked tooth and was in the process of finding a new dentist when it happened. They got me right in and definitely made an uncomfortable situation comfortable for me. They listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. I transferred my whole family over before I left my first visit. I can’t recommend Dr. Boyko and his staff enough!

Called Boyko Dental for an urgent visit with Dr Ibrahim. Was seen the same day for a root canal. Dr Ibrahim performed the procedure with very little pain. She was very considerate of my well being before, during and after. Thank you so much!

Recently moved and had my first dental appointment here, and when the staff found out that my dental insurance was expiring at the end of the month, they stayed late that same day to do some fillings for me. Huge shoutout to Dr. Ibrahim and Michael - they went above and beyond especially considering I was a new patient. Everyone was friendly and the office was super clean. Highly recommend to anyone in the Parma area!

My husband and I started to see Dr. Boyko after both of us had horrible, painful experiences with another dentist. If only we had found him years ago!Dr. Boyko is not only professional, but very friendly as well. He makes you feel comfortable immediately. Perhaps it's the way he explains everything thathe is doing, and answers all your questions and concerns.Of course the fact that he is caring AND gentle while working on our teeth is definitely a HUGE plus!We are extremely grateful to have Dr. Boyko AND his amazing staff as our new dental practice. We look forward to having him as our "forever" dentist.Definitely HIGHLY recommended!Rick & Sandy Schmoll

Update: experience has not gotten better. I had a few older fillings repaired to resolve catching &some occasional sensitivity on left side. Wait time was about 20 mins, I then learned my appt was being handed over to Dr. Ibrahim &her assistant (didnt catch her name). During the drilling, there were numerous times where the tool slipped &hit other spots of the tooth or neighboring teeth. It was making me extremely nervous as the fillings I had were done extremely well, even stated by Dr. Ibrahim as she was drilling. She stated she thought the previous dentist applied something under my fillings to help the tooth - I explained 100% my previous dentist did to help the health of the tooth &the deeper fillings. Even after I told her they did, she kept saying she thought &there was no way cavities would choose the corners on the teeth on both sides. Dr. Ibrahim then asked her assistant if she was OK to do the fillings, that they were pretty straightforward (not reassuring to hear as a patient). The numbing was starting to wear off &more had to be administered with how long the drilling was taking. The drilling finally was over &then the assistant took over for the fillings..It already started off rough with her explaining that she "forgot to charge her glasses" &how it was her fault but it was okay. This was also not reassuring at all to have work done without these glasses that help magnify the view. While she was trying to wedge the metal barriers between teeth, she also tried to clamp 2 teeth at the same time on my right side resulting in the clamp bouncing off &hitting my other teeth with quite some force. She tried again with the same result &then just decided to do one at a time. Each tooth she moved to- the same thing happened, it would bounce off 1 or 2 times before she successfully applied it onto the tooth to begin filling. I did not have issues with sensitivity on my right side prior to this &now I do–not sure if it's just the gums still irritated or improper filling. I'm extremely upset with the experiences I have had &now have issues where I didn't previously. I came from an amazing dentist who unfortunately retired early &struggling to find the same type of care I had with him. From my husband's experience, it may be different with Dr. Boyko himself but I keep getting unfortunate service.Original: This was my 1st visit here and majority of visit went smoothly.Receptionist was very kind upon checkin and setting up next couple appointments at the end of my visit. My interaction with Dr. Boyko wasn't long for today's cleaning but from this first meeting he seems very patient and gentle. I also did not feel as if he were rushing through appointments and truly took his time to be thorough. The cleaning was fine until Mary's metal tool caught onto a filling I have on one of my molars on my right side. The filling has a small gap to be repaired in the next visit. But the only hiccup was with this tool catching my filling, it was then pulled on with quite some force where my facial expression clearly showed it had hurt. But the pulling didn't stop seeing the discomfort this caused to where I then said "ow" to which she just said "ya" and didn't let off of it. It honest to God felt like the filling was trying to be pulled out of my tooth - the weird tingling pressure/pain felt deep within the molar... I had to turn my head and close mouth slightly where she moved the tools. I then asked, isn't that a tooth with a filling on it? She said "yes, it has a small gap"I'm just worried now that this force pulled on this filling has weakened it and will be a problem sooner (I know fillings don't last forever) and confused why it was pulled on so forcefully. The tooth still feels a little weird 12 hours later which I didn't have any issues with before this. The rest of the cleaning went fine after this as well and was probably the most thorough cleaning I've had - just would

This is my first year going to Boyko Dental. I had a bad experience with my past 2 dentists and was nervous about having a filling fixed, but it turned out great and so far I am very happy that I switched to this office.
