Great job on our carpets! Those carpets are much older than they should be and have seen years of use (abuse?) from kids and pets. We are very pleased with how AquaMaster was able to do what we thought was impossible in getting them clean. Much better than I even hoped for and something I could never do myself.
Outstanding service when I really needed someone to come in and review the water damage in my home. Service was quick and personnel are friendly.I originally called roto-rooter, but was put in a queue where I wouldn’t receive service for another few weeks. This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. After doing all that, drying out my basement and santizing it, the owner took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns which allowed me to determine next steps that i may need to have done.
