Anthony came to our home yesterday and helped me install a VHS to DVD Recorder. He also worked with me in learning how to copy my old VHS tapes to DVD. Anthony was prompt and even phoned me to say he was on his way. He also returned my initial phone call in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Anthony for any computer/technology issues. He is very professional and I know I can contact him for any follow-up questions I might have.

On a scale of 1 to 5 RedCat is a 10. After purchasing my computer they helped me with problems I had with startup. Later I called to say I had deleted the security suite and they took time to reinstall my security. There response to a customers needs is unbeatable!
