I will use R&W for all my future repairs. Great service, quick turnaround, and very friendly communication.Found myself in a sticky situation with a broken laptop. The "official" repair would have cost me too much, but this laptop was relatively new and has some hardware upgrades that were a pain to get done, so a new laptop was not an option. The big chain (BB) was going to charge me an arm and a leg. Had some help with my gaming pc build. Did an absolutely phenomenal job with getting it together and making sure it worked properly. Very informative and professional. This guy is fair and will tell you the truth. Recommend highly and would use him again.

Incredible service, affordable rates, and friendly customer service. I have utilized their services on several occasions, so this is not an isolated, one-time experience with them. The ONLY place in the Mentor, Ohio area to have your computer/laptop repaired or serviced!
