Today I had an extremely informative talk with a team member, Adam. I am a beginner when it comes to working out and didn't really know where to even start. Adam helped answer questions I had, helped me map my macro intake, and even designed a workout plan for me to follow. He was extremely helpful and I left with a greater understanding of what to do when I go back to the gym.

They invest in new equipment and have a good variety. It’s clean and cleaning supplies are well stocked. They are also pretty timely with most repairs and replacing worn cushions. The staff is generally friendly and I appreciate the “good mornings” and the “have a nice day”.
