My mother has been treated so good at this facility for her rehab and Lilly and Tiffany the social workers there went way beyond their duties to get my mother home words cannot express how grateful I am for both of them 5 stars is not enough
Tiffany, the Social Services Designee at Grand River, has been an incredible partner to work with. She consistently helps make the resident move in process smooth and seamless for everyone involved. Her communication is excellent, she is responsive, organized, and always quick to provide updates or answer questions. Most importantly, her passion for helping residents is evident in everything she does. Tiffany genuinely cares about the people she serves, and her dedication makes a positive difference for residents.
We moved our aunt from another facility to Grand River Health and Rehabilitation about a month ago because the last place was severely understaffed and unable to provide even the most basic level of care. In my honest opinion, Grand River should be the Gold Standard for all long term care facilities.
Yes, the building is beautiful. Yes, the entire facility is clean with no foul odors. Yes, admissions and transfer were seamless. But the staff are what gets the Five-Star rating!
