I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Facebook is providing false information!!! I do NOT recommend this place because their billing department is very incompetent!!! Every time we have an appointment there, there is an issue with my billing. EVERY time! They don't verify with ones health insurance of any procedure being done BEFOREHAND. Therefore, resulting in the patient having to pay out of pocket expenses they should NOT have!! I would NEVER go here unless you don't mind throwing out money. Plus, whoever I spoke to on the phone about my billing issue, had an attitude. She was on speaker and everyone heard her.

Very professional office. Appointment was on time. Courtney was very nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. She explained everything thoroughly before, during and after treatment. The front office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about all the necessary paperwork. The office was nicely decorated and very clean. The new technology was also very impressive. Seems like this practice has all of the latest technology and is on the cutting edge of modern dentistry.

We started coming to Painesville Dental Group a few years ago. We have had wonderful experiences each visit - everyone we’ve worked with has been so nice and highly professional. My 6 yo recently had to get her first filling. They are incredible with kids. Explained every part, demystified the process, encouraged her through the tough parts. Incredible staff!
