She did call and apologize numerous times for doing so. However, it was more out of desperation than because she wanted to.“

“I had major back surgery here in September, 9 vertebrae and spinal stenosis. My surgery went well and my care was excellent. I went yo a great UH Rehab and home. However, I developed serious back spasms and had to return to the hospital for another 8 days. My care was exceptional since I needed 2 staff to help me out of bed. When I pressed my call button, it was only a matter of minutes before someone came in. Even if it wasn't my nurse or aide that person eas helpful.“
