This is the 2nd time I’ve had blood drawn at this location. I’ve had positive experiences both times both with the receptionists and the phlebotomists. I’ve had no appointment either time and very short wait times. This time Jessiiah drew my blood - he was friendly, funny, efficient and most of all painless. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to all.
Out of all the blood draws I’ve gotten, this has by far been the best experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, super accommodating to my needs and all around just lovely people. This will be my go to place for any draws I need in the future!
While the medical service my grandmother eventually received was professional, the overall experience was critically compromised by a severe failure in basic public health and hygiene in the patient waiting area.
Upon using the patient restroom, I found that there was absolutely no hand soap available. This initial lapse is alarming enough in any public space, but it is utterly unacceptable within a medical facility where infection control should be the absolute highest priority.
