I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share my experiences that I have had with Bo Knez and his team. Bo is intimately involved in the entire process and his team pays attention to all of the details. It is refreshing to deal with a builder that has integrity and owns the process. He has the experience needed to avoid problems before the arise. I have dealt with a few different builders and I can easily say that Knez homes is the best by far.

Bo and his team are amazing! It started with a small lot in Ohio City and they built our first home on it. They made it a simple and easy process and after dealing with other contractors when it comes to finishing the basement or hardscaping our backyard or renovating our new home, I realize how easy and professional Knez and the team are to work with. Everything was clear and laid out what to expect. Bo himself is a great guy as he is always willing to take a random phone call to ask about random questions such as Radon, Renovations, new areas I was looking to purchase in, new construction in those new areas, renovations in those new areas, and random home buying questions.... read full review
