Patient ( me not so much) but she kept me focused and helped me negotiate in a better way than I previously had done. Helped me get the exact property I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I would use her again for my real estate needs. I have worked with other agents in the past but our contrast in styles made for a better overall result than I was previously used to!
Jess was simply the best during our selling and buying process. She was always readily available and easy to reach. She kept us up to date at all times and was very encouraging. After selling our house, we had to find a rental due to a delay in our home build, and she continuously checked in on us. She held safe open houses to sell our home during Covid (providing a basket of hand sanitizer, shoe covers, and masks!) and even came over to help us capture our cat that was hiding in the basement and didn’t want to move (and by the way, she’s allergic to cats!) Jess was 110% the best realtor, and even became a friend. 11/10 recommend!
Jessica makes the home buying/selling process as seamless as possible. She genuinely wants to make sure YOU are happy. She goes above and beyond... detail oriented...patient...attentive... Responds with urgency... I can't say enough great things about our experience (twice). Will be sending all of our friends/family to her!
