I have been a client since 2016. At first things were good, but went downhill as the crew broke several items in my yard and did the exact opposite of what I asked causing a real problem. I sent a request for a quote on a Spring Cleanup in April. The owner (Jay) said he would get back to me and never did. I have followed up 4 times with no response. I have been a good, non demanding, non complaining customer who always paid immediately upon receiving the invoice. Jay has suddenly “ghosted” me with no explanation causing me to scramble to hire another company. I am baffled as to why he did this. Very unprofessional.Services: Groundskeeping

POOR COMMUNICATION WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! WON'T CALL OR EMAIL YOU BACK, WOULDN'T SHOW UP TO CUT MY LAWN CONSISTENTLY! QUOTED ME FOR A JOB THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDNT COMPLETE IT.
