The team was knowledgeable and professional. Jon measured precisely. Josh & Alex did the new install ( removed the rusty galvanized topper on chimney and replaced with stainless steel; removed old insert and installed a very efficient insert). They had a few snags but they kept us in the loop and were persistent and made everything PERFECT. We couldn't be happier!!“

Over the phone they talked to me without a “script” (didn’t just ask what I need, where to, price, end call) and took the time to make sure I got what I needed and that we were on the same page.
