Had a power surge issue happened that caused a fire and a loss of power and Integrity Home Solutions came out within a few hours to assess the issue. Their overnight technician Joeseph W. was so amazing and helpful! Even though it wasn't an issue he could help with (it was a Duke Energy problem), he made sure it was still safe for the time being and he stayed while I called Duke Energy and talked to them for me to get them out ASAP to fix the issue. A+ service and I'll be using them for any future issues.
Outstanding customer service provided by Travis. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented technician who took the time to educate, demonstrate, and familiarize me with the capabilities of my HVAC system and Air purifier. Travis and the Integrity Solutions team is second to none.
