Marks Building Co
“Marks Building Co. did an incredible job transforming the entire front of Blacktail Events. They tore off and rebuilt the facade, installed the new garage doors, and constructed our ADA ramp. The finished product made the building look completely new and modern while still preserving the history and character that made us love the building in the first place.
Casey and his crew were great to work with throughout the project. There were several times when the architectural drawings simply didn’t work as planned in the field, and Casey was always able to come up with a practical solution that kept the project moving and the finished product looking great.
We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Casey and the Marks Building Co. team for any commercial renovation or construction project.”
First Class Construction, Inc
“If you’ve been thinking of a remodeling or renovation project, you will not find a more qualified and professional company to work with than First Class Construction (FCC) in Painesville. We have used them twice; once for a complete kitchen remodel and more recently for a bathroom renovation. Both times, their work exceeded my expectations.
Matt and his crew are great at what they do. They show up when they say they will and work hard while they’re on-site. They are careful to keep the construction area contained and are considerate of keeping the living space clean and available during the project.
Matt is a great analytical person, should there be a hiccup in the project. We had a ‘shower door vs towel rack’ issue that came up, which Matt was able to resolve without holding up the rest of the project.
All of the crew have a keen eye for materials and detail and worked hard to make our finished project match our needs and expectations. They converted a phone-booth sized shower into a spacious ADA compliant space that will serve us for a long time.
When we have another renovation, FCC is the only company we’ll consider for the project.”
