I worked with Raven over the past several weeks regarding a flared up low back injury. She provided me understanding of my injury and provided me with beneficial exercises to do at home to help release pain and tension. The exercises have been very helpful. She also provided amazing muscle tension relief massages at each appointment. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of her help and expertise. I would absolutely recommend her!
I had ankle pain from running which Raven easily diagnosed and a plan of care was easily put into motion and with just 3 visits total, I'm all fixed up. She performed dry needling as the primary technique to address muscles that were knotted up and tight in certain areas.
I'm totally happy with the results and the experience. Raven was also quite lovely to talk with and was very engaging and remembered things that were going on in my life between visits and asked me about them. Her and Jen are real professionals.
