I had a much needed railing installed leading to my front door. The work done is fabulous. I couldn't be happier. I have had to help my father up our steps for years now and he can now just move right on up. Fantastic. The crew were professional and very polite. I felt like we had been friends for a long time. Over the past several years, we have used Seward Home Services for a number of projects, both large and small. They rebuilt/repaired the private deck off our master bedroom (which included installing new sliding doors), the small porch off our kitchen, and the lattice work (hiding the foundation) around the entirety of our large wrap-around porch (which extends around two sides of the house plus a mudroom on the third side). They also fixed a leaking window frame and a problematic dead bolt on our antique (9' high) front door. I needed to make some improvements in my home, and through my husband's coworker, we got in contact with Mike. For us, it was an amazing experience since my husband is very meticulous with any work that is done on the house.
Mike and his team do good quality work, and they always meet deadlines. They are very respectful of your home and the people who live in it. They always come on time, they clean up after themselves, and they will not leave until you are satisfied with their work.
You cannot go wrong with Mike and his team.
