All the girls at Palm Beach are amazing. They’re all very kind and knowledgeable about the different products and services available. However, getting ahold of somebody using the “contact us” button on the website has been a nightmare. I contacted them at the end of April and was told I would have a response in 24-48 hours. When that didn’t happen, I sent a follow up email a week later. I have not received a response still. I have checked my spam folder and everything they tell you to do. Very disappointing!
It's been a few years, my first experience. I was extremely nervous. The young girls made me very comfortable and explained in detail what I needed to do. It was a most pleasant experience.
As a first time tanning bed user, I had a lot of questions but Kara at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and kind while walking me through my membership and best practices!
