First- and last-time using Oxford Oil Service Co! I tried to order 100-gallons to find out there is a 150-gallon minimum which I totally understand so figured things out on my end, called back, and ordered the 150 minimum gallons of fuel but after they arrived and did their thing, I was handed a receipt for 186.3 gallons!!! I understand errors happen, but nothing was said to me about the overfill. Once I noticed the bill, we called to be told by Debbie there was a new girl taking the calls. We can only assume due to this they were nice enough to say they would charge for the 150-gallons the next day, but that I can call in a month or two to pay the remainder of their error. Geez thanks... I guess. Talk about putting somebody in a predicament with their money!!! I would just recommend if you use them you assure you to tell the person that shows up to your house how much you actually ordered over the phone because someone sure did mess up this time so I am sure it can happen again. Working for a small company myself, we tend to eat our errors and not make our customers pay for them.

These folks are customer service oriented. Hard working and won't leave you in the cold. Great group of folks. I've used them several times and this last cold spell they really came through for our family.

Don’t go anywhere else. Seriously, it will not be worth trying another fuel oil service. Just stop. It’s easy, call the number, speak with the awesome lady, pay, and tech delivers. No mess, in and out like a ninja, but always willing to help and answer questions. Just stop, just call, you will understand, thank me later. You are welcome. They do have a service area, only caveat.

I've been a loyal fuel oil customer for 7 years now. They have such great customer service in both the office and at my house. They are always friendly, honest, and quick.
