The best experience I could’ve gotten. Dropped off a bridesmaid dress for alterations on the 1st and was told it would be ready by the 12th. Was a little nervous with the timing since the wedding was just a few days after, but Brenda got it done in just 2 days! Dress looks perfect and staff was incredibly kind. If i ever need alterations again I will definitely be going back.

Lost my comforter in the system, (I get it, these things happen) but made it right, reimbursing the total price I paid when I purchased it. I appreciate it and look forward to doing business in the future.
