We needed our dryer vent leading outside relocated and replaced. This was done in a very timely fashion from when we first contacted them (3 weeks after contact it was replaced). Very comparable to a couple of other companies we contacted. There was no evidence that it was replaced other than the dryer working; whoever did the job cleaned up very well after themselves.
