I was really impressed with how quick their response was and how thorough a job they did. Our sewage kept backing up despite having a local plumbing company come out 3 times to run a snake down the pipes. My basement steps are narrow so the local company refused to take their larger auger downstairs and instead ran a smaller blade thru the toilet.Charlie came out and ran a camera thru to show me the roots causing my issues. He then hauled the larger machine down our steps, used a bigger blade, and we haven't had any issues since.I really appreciated Charlie going the extra step to solve an issue that had been going on for several months.
