Very quick to respond. Friendly, knowledgeable and many years of experience. The gentleman is a vet so he’s very straight forward but also kind and patient. He helped me with a bad socket and my furnace. Very affordable! ANY reviews saying they would rip someone off is absolutely ridiculous and missing key information.

I am so fortunate to have found this company. They are so friendly and professional. Technicians is always on time respects my property. If they are are not in the office Kim always returns phone calls. I love the fact that they will come out on an emergency call after hours and on weekends. This company also does home repairs for me. In addition to repair and maintenance of our heating/AC systems, Rich has taken care of several leaks in the plumbing (we have acidic well water,) as well as other issues. He has replaced the copper pipes in the basement with plastic to eliminate the pinhole leaks we were getting. I appreciated Rich's recommendation, because he could have kept patching pipes indefinitely otherwise.He also saved me from a real disaster last year when my sump pump failed during a record rainfall. Within 45 minutes of me calling, Rich had the pump replaced and my basement drained (there was about 3 inches of water in the whole basement at that point.)
