Good care, but they will close on days they say they’re open. No phone message about being closed, no advance notice. This is terrible regarding if you have pain and need an appt. This has happened to me 2 times now.
Village dental in Orrville has the best dental team. I am always greeted by the friendly staff. The dentist and their team are very professional, kind, helpful and treat me like family when I'm there.

Ive went here for years I've had great experiences and not so great a few times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. Only issue is have is ive called 3xs in a week for an appt and not one phone call back. 😒 so I guess im forced to go else where and now a trip to the ER for this tooth pain. 🙃
