I made a phone call to Crawford and Sons and they were able to schedule a quick appointment for me the next day. Daniel came out and diagnosed my a/c problem. Had it fixed within the hour. He was polite and respectful to my house. Will use again.
My furnace went out when it was 10 degrees outside. My realtor advised me to call Crawford & Son Heating and Cooling due to how great of service they provide, and he was absolutely correct. They sent Kyle out to my house within an hour, and after about 15 minutes of searching around the furnace to figure out what was going on, he found a bird that somehow got in through the chimney and made its way all the way to the furnace and clogged the airway up. Kyle not only removed the bird, but he did some other maintenance to my furnace without even asking me while he was out here. He then made sure everything was running smoothly, which it was. C&S are very professional. They are quick to respond and get the job done with precision, consideration, and cleanliness. C&S are considerate to wear shoe coverings inside, work quietly and independently, and don't leave a mess to be cleaned up afterward. They seem very honest and reasonable about cost.
