ProMedica Total Rehab, located in Bay Park Hospital, is a professional and knowledgeable physical therapy practice. They offer helpful assistive devices and printed materials, contributing to achieving therapy goals in a timely manner. Notably, they provide specialized services such as kinesiotaping of the hands. The caring staff, including Josh and Julie, create a supportive environment, particularly appreciated after major surgeries like total knee replacements.
Emily is an amazing therapist. She listens, she teaches and most importantly, she cares. You can really tell that she cares about her patients, and that is key. I can tell that much of the other staff is very much the same way, but I wanted to call her out specifically since she is the one I worked with.
Toledo Rehab has many locations in Toledo proper where I actually live, but I prefer the Bay Park Hospital location. It’s only a 20 minute drive from my house. I never have scheduling issues and everyone I (or my husband) have ever worked with has been highly qualified, personable, and compassionate. You can tell they all genuinely enjoy working with each other and at Total Rehab. It’s a quieter, less stressful environment and you never feel rushed to leave after your therapy session. We are truly blessed to have Total Rehab and their dedicated professionals available to us in our community.
