I have been a resident here since December 1 2025. I came here from another facility in Napoleon Ohio. The care I have received here has been I'd say about a 96% most of the staff are fantastic therapy is so helpful respiratory therapist are really nice and I've never felt that I've been in danger of relapsing. By that I just mean when I was admitted I just recovered from double pneumonia. My only negative bits of my review, would be the aides and nurses when you have a good aide or nurse he/she is usually running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Staff was all wonderful caring for my father during his short stay. Nurse Destiny was so kind and caring towards my father accepting him as family. Aid Amy was phenomenal as well. Thanks for all your care and hard work.

Staff was extremely helpful during my mother's short stay she admitted beginning of May & received amazing care from all nurses & aides! Social worker Kendra, Resident Advocate Elena & Receptionist Rebecca played a huge roll on helping me find comfort in this challenging chapter, Thank you Arbors!
