We had two huge jobs with Zara- one was structural repair and one was a complete gut of two bathrooms plus mold remediation. They were fantastic- very professional, showed up when they said, everyone was here 8-4, all personable and talented workers that worked hard and did the job right. I was worried about the structural repairs because it's not something just any crew can do. Zara had a good reputation so I thought they'd be the ones for it and they were. The bathrooms were perfect, the craftsmanship was awesome. and when we had surprise mold issues, they did it properly, no corners cut. The only construction company I'll use .

Encountered water damage last year, contacted shambaugh initially to do the work. They sent out 3 or 4 different people to look at the damage and assess what needed to be done but they never scheduled me to actually do the work. I was running out of time with my insurance company to get the work done and had contacted shambaugh again and they blew me off saying they were booked 3 months out. Being fed up I called Zara and the receptionist I spoke with stated they were booked but that if they got me in contract to do the work would that cover the deadline with my insurance.
