Walk In Urgent Care

I always come here when I am ill, so much easier than having to wait 3 weeks to get in with my family physician. The dr and staff have always been so nice and explain everything to me. However, this time I have to talk to a computer instead of the lady behind the desk. I don't like this at all. The lady on the computer has a thick accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying. Not a big fan of this. Probably just need to find a new urgent care center. So sad.

I was appalled at the way the rent a cop treated me he said can I take a quick look in your bag and proceeded to dig through my bag like I was a criminal I have had a knife at the bottom of my bag for years it's been through so many security check never a problem this guy after digging through my purse for 5 minutes finds it tell me to take it to my car now I'm there because I am sick but I am pissed ran it to my car get back inside ask if that's all he says something about my attitude really I'm at urgent care been sick for 2 weeks my attitude really there was a wait but the people were nice except for the cop who was ridiculous to treat a 60 year old sick...read full review

I wish I could give them 1,000 stars. Dr. Irvin and Sandra are so kind and helpful. They will take as much time as they need with you, and its obvious they really do care. Please don't let the computer check-in deter you. I appreciate all their help these last couple of weeks!
