“We had LL Flooring install a vinyl plank floor for us in September of '22. It started buckling a year later and the warranty department refused to repair it. We went back to the store, explained our situation and they bent over backwards to help me get what I needed. Not a fan corporate, big fan of this store.”
“Matt and Blake did an amazing job making our old white oak floors look brand new! They worked tirelessly sanding glue and padding off of one of our rooms. They were timely, hardworking and professional. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Matt and his team for your wood floor project. We are so happy with how our floors look! Thanks again Matt and Blake!”
“Awesome!!! We redid a bathroom floor and loved it so much that the next day went and ordered the product to have another floor done. Delivery from their supplier took 2 weeks however the next day Gary came and put down the new floor. Hardworking and professional. Steve and Brenda love what they do. Brenda is so friendly and genuinely loves Shelby Ohio and the people here. Need new flooring... GO see them. You won't regret it.”
