Matt did an INCREDIBLE job with our flooring. After I ripped up the carpet, he came in and made the floors look stunning (they were in rough condition beforehand). He was extremely responsive, accessible, and did everything he said he would do, in the timeframe provided. He was friendly, and always replied to our calls/texts right away. Gave us an update at the end of each day, and even left us with detailed care instructions on how to clean/maintain the floor. As first-time homeowners we did not know what to do, and Matt made us feel comfortable and reassuring about choosing his company. Did not pressure us to do anything that was not needed.
