Shad is a very pleasant and respectful technician. He does a great job and always asks if we are having any specific issues. He invites us to contact the company if any issues present. Although I realize this is standard for all service technicians, Shad makes you feel that your needs are important to him.

Dr. Long has been my doctor for 30+ years and he has always been the perfect type of doctor: personable, down to earth, explained things in understandable terms, and has always been truly interested in how our health is. He delivered all three of my children and cared for them as children. He helped us cope with our son’s handicap and always did all he could to make our son’s life better. He found my cancer so early that it hadn’t spread and has never recurred. My wife and I will miss him greatly when he retires in September, and I will count myself lucky if his replacement is half as good as Long is.And with that being said, my appointment this morning was a wonderful experience, as it has always been.

I found Larry tucked away at the small intersection next to the Ontario schools! I first walked in and I see this very nice man and I asked if he accepted card and unfortunately oy cash! That didn't stop me I left grabbed cash and got back to Larry! We talked and laughed and I got a great haircut! I would highly recommend him! He figured out how to bring the "good ole days" back to life it is a truly great experience!

They didn’t just drop it off—they made sure everything was placed perfectly with no mess and even went the extra mile to cover it with the remaining tarp to keep it dry from the rain. I was in a bad motorcycle crash and for months I endured lots of pain that was not able to be cured by my doctors or physical therapy. but Amanda, has been working on me and has given me major relief and more movement, both her and sally are very personable and are great to be around. their expertise is unmatched.........would definitely highly recommend them.

I wanted to share my experience with Universal Enterprises on 12.28.17, I called the company as I had needed a plumber because where my furnace and water heater are there was a puddle of water and it was running into my hallway and my carpeting was soaking wet...The representative named Amber answered the call..I thought she was so kind and thoughtful of my situation..I found out they only do commercial services not residential..Amber did go beyond her customer service and help me try to figure out my next step..I was so pleased with her taking the time to help me..I just hope other companies could have Amber's in their front desk of operation...My experience became so much more calming after our discussion..I then contacted the recommended company was so excited how that experience went :) Thank you Amber for all your efforts in getting me to a very great company to help me in my time of need...I recommend Amber as a 5 star customer service representative and all of their professional services...Sincerely, Pam Shumate

We had two huge jobs with Zara- one was structural repair and one was a complete gut of two bathrooms plus mold remediation. They were fantastic- very professional, showed up when they said, everyone was here 8-4, all personable and talented workers that worked hard and did the job right. I was worried about the structural repairs because it's not something just any crew can do. Zara had a good reputation so I thought they'd be the ones for it and they were. The bathrooms were perfect, the craftsmanship was awesome. and when we had surprise mold issues, they did it properly, no corners cut. The only construction company I'll use .
