I haven't been to Ulta in a long time, but I walked in and was greeted with a smile and told if I needed any help to just let them know. I forgot to get a bag while I was shopping, so one of the employees got one for me. I had some questions about some skin care products and the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and had multiple recommendations for me. She didn't pressure me or make me feel bad when I said no to certain products because of cost and I really appreciated that. Wonderful experience!

I have been to ulta in Ontario multiple times and usually the employees don't help at all, i get overwhelmed and end up leaving empty handed. This time I went, I asked an employee a question where she pushed me off per usual to a make up service artist (one who takes appointments to do make up- not sure on specific job names) her name was Trebony. SHE DID AMAZING. I have never walked out of there with more products in my life. I told her the company needed to give her a raise because I have never experienced this before at ulta. It's Ulta right, they have makeup so I don't really expect much. I will say that they do not have handicap parking which I find disturbing. It would be nice if they had as many cashiers as they have sales people on the floor. The wait can be annoying especially when you are standing in line and 3 or 4 people are behind the counter yacking it up with the only one running the register. And when you sigh heavily as you wonder why one of them doesn't hop on a register to help out, instead they all just scatter.
