We had a really great experience. He was thorough and explained throughout the inspection. After, we were sent a complete report and offered a home binder to keep track of improvements. Would definitely recommend.
My inspection was handled very professionally. I was informed from start to finish as to all details of the inspection. Scott was extremely thorough & used many great pictures to show any of the issues he found. He then gave honest assessment as to the severity of any issue found. He gave great suggestions as far as repairing any problems. He was very timely, very friendly & very reasonable. I was totally satisfied & would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a great home inspection.
Scott was incredibly helpful and friendly during our inspection for our new home! He was very thorough and explained everything to us as we walked through the house, pointing out what was a big deal vs what is just cosmetic. It made my fiancé and I feel very confident in our purchase! Highly recommend!
