I recently acquired a new computer in order to upgrade to Windows 11. The folks at FALLS PC did an amazing job transfering my data from my old computer to the new. In the process they found a defective file on my old computer that I was unaware of. They isolated that problem and performed a solution which made the transfer complete. I have no problems with the completed work. They did an outstanding job.!!!

I apologize that this review is a couple months overdue, but I had an issue in October where OneDrive hijacked my PC and started deleting files in front of my eyes. I was in absolute panic, and to make matters worse, the grocery cart I was using to get the PC tower to my car to bring it into Falls PC Clinic collapsed with it on it, resulting in it blue-screen-of-deathing. I believe it was Derek that I worked with, but not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he also checked in before performing any additional services to make sure I was comfortable with the quotes provided. A few months ago, I was experiencing problems with my printer. Mike from Falls PC Clinic came out and not only fixed that problem, but took care of some other annoying software glitches. Mike also indicated that the mechanical hard drive was really struggling at times, and recommended upgrading to solid state. Just got that done at Falls PC Clinic. Great advice, very reasonable, and very quickly done with almost no downtime. Wow! Great service, quick, thorough, very reasonable. Great Olmsted Falls business to support!
