Contacted M and M electronics about a tank level monitor that wasn’t working on my 1998 American Eagle. Chris suggested that I send it in to be repaired since it was a part that was no longer available. Cade contacted me with a diagnosis and I agreed to have it repaired. Cade said he would have it completely rebuilt by the next day. As promised Cade called the next day with the unit repaired and shipped it out the following day. It works perfectly and I was totally blown away by the amazing customer service. Thank you for everything. This is a great company that does what they say they will and puts the customer first. Chris and his team at M&M RV Electronics did an amazing job updating my 2002 Monaco coach batteries, inverters and charging system. My house batteries would not charge correctly or run anything other than 12v. M&M dug into it and now I have a system that works perfectly! Chris is now helping me with my Aqua Hot repairs! I trust Chris and his M&M team completely!
These gentlemen are referred out by Intellitec for older RV control center repairs- though I did not buy anything the gentlemen on the phone thoroughly answered my questions on my proposed work around (bad on board BIRD trace). Thank you!
