We had our basement encapsulated approximately 10 months ago. We cannot express how great the job was done and how much better our air quality is in our house and our crawlspace is completely dry. No matter who we talk to with Ohio basement authority every single person is top-notch and extremely caring! This past weekend, Ruben came out to our house for our annual inspection.
